Welcome to the Little Robes Royale Ltd terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our privacy statement regarding personal information provided by you. 

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

 Once your order has entered our dispatching process, we will not be able to make any changes.


 Please note that after 24 hours order cancellation is still fully chargeable. All design time is part of the order, but if orders are cancelled the full cost of the order will be retained as the time and labour placed into creating the order is chargeable time. We retain all evidence regarding each order, and this will be displayed publicly if customers leave negative feedback.


All bespoke orders are non-refundable. Each stage of any bespoke order must be approved in writing by the customer via email or business WhatsApp. Once final pinning of the order has been agreed by the customer, sewing will go ahead – unless damages occur and are proven at the point of opening the package no refund can be offered.

Administration fees

All bespoke orders incur small admin fees in regards to organising & covering the purchasing of fabric samples, postage, travel times and paperwork involved in creating a bespoke piece. These prices are quoted in regard to the amount of time taken, in general we charge £10.00 per 15 minutes of administration.


All outfits, suits, dresses, tiaras, shoes, and jewellery have images taken of them before dispatch to customer and kept on file.

Wholesale Orders

All orders will be clarified on an invoice and completed as per prearranged terms. Any fault (including measurements) relative to any product sent to retailers must be reported as soon as order is received and supported with images and film. These images will be compared to images recorded at time of dispatch. If these images and/or recordings do not correlate to images/recordings of the same product on file, no replacement or refund will be offered. In circumstances where the fault is with the supplier namely Little Robes Royale Ltd then the faulty product must be sent back for inspection. Once the product has been received, it will be replaced, repaired or refunded dependent on the extent of the fault. The final decision rests with Little Robes Royale Ltd. Payment for returning an item rest at the discretion of Little Robes Royale Ltd and will only be considered once the item has arrived for inspection. No other fault reported after a period of 5 days will be accepted, with the exception of issues of measurement, however, the above conditions regarding imaging of the fault are still applicable. The maximum period for reporting a measurement fault will be 7 days.


Postage for retailers and wholesale orders is slightly more in cost due to value and weight of packages and includes a full insurance policy. Postage within the UK is free for orders over £150 and all items are insured.

Customs charges

Please be aware that customs charges do need to be covered by the customer, as shipments travel from our factories, the items need to be insured against potential loss or damage which will dictate the customs charge. The value of the item has to be stated on any customs documentation and this information is used to calculate a custom charge. Each country has it’s own customs charging policy. We urge customers to contact their customs department to find out more. Where possible Little Robes Royale Ltd provides as much information as possible as to what these charges maybe to the customer.


Measurements are the responsibility of the customer/client. We recommend measuring to the skin, Little Robes Royale Ltd will endeavour to add give of up to 3 cm (if more is required, please make this clear in an email or on WhatsApp Business). Please also note that these items are handmade so an acceptable size difference of 1 to 2 inches must be given. We cannot accept responsibility for second or third party measurements. After the initial measurements are taken, we cannot be responsible for weight gain or weight loss, any alterations in relation to this will be at cost to client/customer. The client is also responsible for the effect of shoe height on the length of the dress.


Please be aware that delivery times offered are an estimate. We will update all customers, and provide inhouse tracking. Bespoke orders can take anything up to 16 weeks to complete. Anything external that effects delivery such as ‘acts of God’ are not the responsibility of Little Robes Royale Ltd.

Statutory Rights 

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions.
